This plan also carries the Inches-A-Weigh guarantee.

A: Protein is essential to life. Having an adequate level of protein is a basic requirement of weight loss, not to mention that it curbs appetite, increases speed and ease of weight loss and maintains lean muscle while burning fat. Inches-A-Weigh supplements satisfy the nibbling and emotional cravings that occur during the day and provide low-fat alternatives in exchange for cookies, snacks and chips more commonly available at vending machines.
Q: What is a Wellness Counselors?
A: Your Wellness Counselor will be there with real support every step of the way. She’ll help you make the changes necessary to stay motivated, stay on track with your weight goal, stay focused on achieving results and stay clear of those things that can be barriers to success. As a client, you’ll have a weekly private counseling session to help you work through the expected and unexpected emotions you’ll experience on this journey. Your Wellness Counselor is also there to help you work through those things that might cause you to slip off your program or get down on yourself. It’s like having your own very superhero.
Q: Will my weigh in and measurements be private?
A: Yes. A Wellness Counselor in a private appointment while performing a regular Counseling Session will take down your measurements to track your success. No embarrassing public weigh-ins will ever occur.

A: Inches-A-Weigh has a one-of-a-kind three-step approach that is founded on guidelines recommended by the American Heart Association, the American Dietetic Association and the Surgeon General of the United States. It is a sustainable approach that guarantees you will lose weight at a consistent pace and make the lifestyle changes that will help you keep it off for life.
Q: Do I need to buy any expensive meals, supplements, etc.?
A: Two protein supplements/day are provided with your program. Meal planning is provided that allows for purchasing food from any local grocery store. Vitamins are encouraged and will improve your performance, but are not required.
